WHERE TO MEASURE
- A. CHEST
- Relax your arms. Pass the tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest.
- B. WAIST
- Measure around the place where you usually wear your waistband. Keep the tape level and comfortable.
- C. HIPS
- Stand naturally with feet apart. Measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.
- D. INSEAM
- Measure down the inside of the leg from the crotch to the floor. Take this measurement in your usual outdoor footwear.
- E. ARM
- With your arm slightly bent, measure from the centre back of your neck, across the shoulder and down to your wrist.
Body measurements help you describe your fit. The tables below show garment dimensions; compare them with clothing that fits you well.

A NOTE ON FIT & LAYERING
Start with a familiar fit. Use a similar garment you already wear comfortably. Compare chest or waist first, then length and sleeves.
Plan your layers. Check jackets against something you wear over a base or mid layer. Fitting examples are a guide; your build and fit preference also matter.
